DeadlockCoach
First-install download for testers. Windows only.
Before you download
- Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. Nothing else is supported.
- You need to own Deadlock on Steam and have it installed — the app reads your own game's replay files from your own install, nothing is downloaded from Valve on your behalf.
- This is a first install only. Once it's running, the app updates itself automatically in the background — you never need to come back to this page for a newer version. If you're checking this page hoping for an update, you don't need to: just launch the app.
Windows will warn you — this is expected
This build is unsigned (no paid code-signing certificate yet), so Windows SmartScreen will show a blue "Windows protected your PC" dialog the first time you run the installer. That is normal for an unsigned app from a small developer — it does not mean anything is wrong or broken. Here is exactly what you'll see and what to click:
- Click "More info" (small text link, easy to miss).
- A "Run anyway" button appears — click it.
- The app starts normally from then on.
Couldn't load release info
This page reads the current version, size and checksum from
release.json, a small file published alongside this page
at deploy time, and that failed:
Try reloading the page. If it keeps failing, ping the owner — this page may not have been redeployed since the last release yet.

Verify what you got (optional, recommended)
Open PowerShell in the folder you downloaded to and run:
